ANSWER TO: Why doesn't ACP-ProBill print out the AIA forms?
|
Most AIA documents are copyrighted under the name of the AIA national organization. These documents are intended by the AIA to be consumed during contractual transactions. Therefore ACP-ProBill only prints the data directly on the forms, so as to not violate the AIA copyrights.
The user may print the "alternate invoice" form with the exact same data on plain paper. This is recommended for all internal working papers, as well as, when the "project owner" permits it.
It must also be remembered that this software is designed to be utilized with the latest originals of forms G701, G702, and G703 for the best alignment results. However, the user is entitled to free software updates when his supply of old forms ends!
